Quality Evaluation of Selected Food Industry Product Using Chosen Tools

Abstract
In the paper the quality evaluation of selected product produced by food industry company which operates in the Lodz region is presented in this paper. Chosen tools were used in the analysis: Pareto-Lorenz’s diagram, Ishikawa’s diagram and QFD method. The analysis includes data concerning the quality of product being evaluated. The analysis covers the period of six months (April – September) of 2012.
